Small cast iron pans like this one are perfect for roasting herbs or a special sauce. We actually like it to roast a butter, garlic and parsley mix we use for mashed potatoes. You don't need a big pan to cook small things!

- Crafted using traditional iron casting techniques from the Iwate prefecture
- Avoid submerging cast iron in water for long periods of time
- Wooden cooking utensils are recommended to prevent scratching
- Store without lid on pan
- Can be used on a gas or induction stovetop and in the oven
- Must be seasoned before first use
